Meeting Minutes - E-Government in Hong Kong

League of Women Voters Meeting-January 12, 2006


Today we met for our first meeting of the New Year 2006 at The Helena May. You can still join League and pay your dues of $200 (HK) to our Treasurer or any League Board member. We are pleased to have guests and also new members join at any time.

Today our speaker was Mr. Howard C. Dickson. His title is Government Chief Information Officer. Mr. Dickson has extensive IT background. His talk was very informative and helpful in his overview of the current changes and trends taking place in E-Government in Hong Kong.

Our next League meeting will be Tuesday, February the 14th. The venue will be sent via email and posted on our website in the next few weeks.
